Finnish metal-group Cresdence was born at 2005.

At the spring 2005 band's so called founder and guitarist Tune left his earlier band (D'partment). After few months of thinking about his own musical intrests he took a phone call to his friend Juha who was very pleased to be a part of fine music action behind his drums. So the band needed a bass player.

At the late summer we talked Ju$$i over to join our group and we were ready to start making songs. Our mutual line of music has made it quite easy for us.

Kalle joined us in January 2006 to fill our sound. Finally we had two guitars to kick ass! We had then only one problem?! Where to find vocalist for us? At the beginning of february 2006 Jaymz joined our band. Finally we were ready to hit the stage!

Our first release NeverDrown-EP saw daylight at August 2006. On the march 2007 we had a line-up change when Niko joined the band as lead-guitarist by replacing Kalle. In beginning of the summer 2007 we had a another line-up change when Kalle joined back to the band replacing Tune, who left the band for private matters. Also our beloved producer Juuso took up the mic and became part of the fine project of Cresdence in vocals replacing Jaymz, who has been busy with his private life. At winter 2007/2008 Tune however came back replacing Niko who was part of Cresdence very short time and so we had that original line-up together except Juuso who now was screaming our way ahead...

So it has been a hell of a rollercoast, but now we have that mutual feeling with music and friendship that every band needs

At the end of 2007 we published our second EP "Almost Sane" only for the internet including five songs. At the spring 2008 we are participating in Emergenza band contest festival and advanced to semifinals so far.

New material is on it's way and it should be out by summer 2008.

We're also planning to throw some gigs after Emergenza so stay tuned! We're looking forward to kick your ass at stage!!
